BRITAIN READY TO CO-OrERATE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, July 15. Sir E. Grey, in reply to a question by Mr. Cowan in the House, said that Great Britain was ready to co-operate with other countries in compelling the ruler of Morocco to conform to the practice of civilised States and to give an effective guarantee for the abolition of torture.
