BLUE BOOK DISCLOSURES. By Cable—Press Association.—Copyright London, July 15. The Blue Book on Tibet shows that Sir E. Grey on Bth April strongly warned China that treaties and trade agreements must be observed, intimating. "We are prepared to protect Nepaiil. Sikkim, and Bhutan," and adding that it was inadvisable for China to increase her troops in the vicinity thereof.
