.RIVAL ORGANISATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui; Monday. The following resolution has been passed by the Wanganui branch of the Locomotive Enginedrivers and Firemen and Cleaners' Association: —''In re direct representation on tjie Associated Society of Railway Servants, this branch, representing 94 per cent, of the locomotive staff of Wanganui, strongly protests against such suggestion, as we consider it only a trap laid to prevent the Unginedrivers, Firerrien, and Cleaners' Association obtaining official recognition for which the association is so strenuously fighting."
