AN APPLICATION FOR REINSTATE MEXT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, Yesterday. The Appeal Court opened its sittmgs to-day, the Cirief Justice and Justice Williams. Edwards and Cooper being o' the Bench. John Augustina Quinn np plied for admission as a solicitor, fl. had previously applied in October 1909 but the Court, upon evidence that h had been acting as a bookmaker's clerk adjourned the case to see how applicant behaved in the ihterval. The Auck v land Law Society offering no objection,' the application was granted on paymentl of costs (£ls 15s). After fixing thei list for sittings the Court adjourned till to-morrow. j I
