SUPREME COURT.
ALLEGED PERJURY. , By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington,; Wednesday. As the sequel to a recent case in the Supreme Court, Charles Nodine was today charged .before Mr. -Riddel), S.M., Tvith committing perjury by swearing that the signature tojan agreement between Robert Hannati and himself was not his (accused's) signature, whereas in truth and fact he did sign it. Nodine, who reserved his defence, was committed for trial.
WESTPORT SESSIONS. Westport, Last Night. The Supreme Court, sittings concluded. to-day. In Brosnahan v. R. F. Mullan and Co.,> Justice, Sim made an order for dissolution of partnership as from to-day, the Registrar of the Court to take accounts. His Honor disallowed a counter-claim of £4{J4, also an appeal. In Hodgson v. Mattrick and Sonß, a claim of £lO damages for injury to a horse, was dismissed. . The.Arbitration Court considered two compensation . claims, dismissing the claim McLean v. U.S.S.
