As the sequel to a recent case in the Supreme Court, Charles Nodine was today charged .before Mr. -Riddel), S.M., Tvith committing perjury by swearing that the signature tojan agreement between Robert Hannati and himself was not his (accused's) signature, whereas in truth and fact he did sign it. Nodine, who reserved his defence, was committed for trial.
