POLICE CHARGE PEOPLE. MANY WOUNDED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received June 27, 11.5 p.m. Paris, June 27. Ten thousand Parisian trade unionists attended the funeral of a cabinetmaker ■who was killed in a brawl between the strikers and; the police. During the funeral the windows of the police station were broken fftid many revolvers fired, necessitating a police charge with drawn sabres. Policemen and numbers of others were •wounded, while women and children were trampled upon. There were many arrests.
