The Chambers of Commerce Conference cheered the announcement that if supported by them Britain would then call a conference relating to the enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards 'pronounced by foreign countries. A resolution in support was adopted.

The conference also recommended an international agreement to secure a uniform system of Customs statistics.
