THE MYSTERIOUS STEAMER. Received June 24, 12.40 a.m. Perth, June 23. The mysterious steamer that was seen hovering off the Northern Territory, is supposed to be a cattle vessel looking for a suitable landing place to ship animals from the stations on that part of the coast.

It is understood that an agreement has ibeen reached between the Commonwealth and South Australia as to the terms upon which the former will take over the Northern Territory. IRISH BLIGHT. Melbourne, June 23. Irish blight has appeared in the potato crops at Korumb'urra.
