SALE OF WINE TN NO-LTCENSE DISTRICTS. By Telegra.nh—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. In the case Miller v. Lamb, concerning the right to sell New Zealand wine in a no-license district, in which the Chief Justice yesterday decided in favor of the Crown, leave to appeal was not pressed to-day, but counsel asked for a rehearing by the Full Court. Decision on the application was reserved.
