W DIVORCE. DERRETT v. DERRETT. WIFE'S PETITION UPHELD. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. In the case of Amelia Derrett v. Robert Derrett, a claim for judicial separation on the ground of cruelty, Mr. Justice Sim, giving judgment to-day, said he had come to the conclusion that the story told by the petitioner was substantially true, and he thought she was entitled to -a decree. The respondent would be ordered to pay the .petitioner's costs on the highest scale, and an allowance of £lO 10s would Ibe made for the second day.
