THE FAROE ISLANDS.
GERMAN SQUADRON'S MOVEMENTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, June 7. A German Squadron is making extensive surveys at Faroe Islands, particularly at Vestmanhaven. The proceedings have aroused the anxiety of the inhabitants. The Faroe Islands are a Danish possession, about midway between Shetland and Iceland. They have an area of 515 miles, and a .population of about 13,000.
