Daniel Roe, claim £4 2s (id and costs 16s; Joseph Lawn (Mr.Mohnstone) v. Thos. Coury, claim £2 4s and costs 10s'; same v. Waho, claim £(!'!)s 3d, and costs £1 10s Od; same v. Whare Rangi, claim £2 Is and costs 15s; Richard Aroa v. Wilson Johnston, claim £1 13s' Od and costs lis. In the judgment summons, New Plymouth Gas Company (Mr. C. W. Govett) v. William Blair, the judgment debtor did not appear. An order was made for the payment of the full amount of £ll 11 Scl, in default seven days' imprisonment; the order to be suspended as long as the debtor pays £1 a week in reduction of the debt.
