MR. MAINS' CAPTIVE. CHARGED WITH BREAKING AND ENTERING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Frederick Kearney, the man captured by Mr. Mains at his residence <tt Remuera on Saturday night, appeared in Court this morning to answer a charge of breaking and entering and theft. Although not asked to plead, he entered his plea of "not guilty," and was remanded for eight days.
