THE MASSEY BANQUETTERS. By Telegraph —Press Association. GreymOiuth, Tuesday. Every one of the charges of breaches of the Licensing Act brought in connection with the banquet to Mr. Massey were, dismissed, one being without prejudice in order to permit Inspector Black to bring it on if he chooses. This was the charge against the licensee of allowing liquor to be consumed after eleven o'clock, but all the evidence s'howed tfet no liquor iwlas consumed, as no toast wa9 proposed.
