RUTLAND HOTEL FERE. DAVIS AND HAINES EOUND GUILTY.' By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, .Last Night. The re-trial of Joseph Paul Davis and Martin Haines, who were charged with arson in connection with the fire in the Rutland Hotel buildings on the night of January 22 last, was concluded at the Supreme Court to-day before His Honor, Chief Justice Sir Robert Stout. Both prisoners were found guilty, and will ibe sentenced next Monday.
