The bondholders of the Oamnru Harboi Board £IOO,OOO loan in 1579 have issued a circular recommending the nond holders to accept £SO 5 per cent bonds with 35 year's currency, or £47 cash in exchange for every £ 100.

Crawford, at the annual meeting of the Surrey Cricket Club, submitted "a motion to rescind a resolution tl'.at his son be not asked again to play for Surrey. Lord Alverstone, presiding, replied that every member of the committee would rejoice at the recision if Crawford apologised, but no word of apology had been received. The matter was dropped.
