TO BE GONE ON WITH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. Work on the Wellington graving dock has been delayed for some months' owingf to some alleged difficulties in connection with the placing of the concrete bed in position. It was stated that the concrete refused to set at such great depth of water. The Wellington Harbor Board has had the matter under discussion for some time and it has been formed the subject of voluminous reports from its engineers. The Board decided to-night to request the contractors to proceed immediately with the construction of the dock m accordance with, the terms of their contract.
