ELECTRIC LIGHTING WIRES. TARIFF UNTOUCHED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The insurance conferences which have taken place in Wellington this week under the auspices of tiie New Zealand Fire Underwriters' Association, ended to-day, when the representatives of accident branches held a meeting. This was followed by a brief gathering to deal with matters relating to marine insurance. There 'has been nothing' of importance to communicate .except a decision to consider fresh rules for electric wiring. A prominent member of the Association ■was questioned on this point, and stated that the tariff had not been touched at the meeting.
