Ail extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Moa Dairy Company was held in the Parish Hall on Saturday afternoon, to consider the question of the erection of new creameries at Waiongona and Mangaone Road. There' was a fair attendance of shareholders, and Mr. D. Herlihv was in the chair. It was moved by Mr. C. E. Dobson and seconded by Mr. D. Todd, "That the resolutions for the consideration of which the meeting was called be passed, subject to Article No. 4 of the Articles of Association being altered to make the voting power on the milk supply." On being put to the meeting the motion was carried by 50 votes to 7. t •
