AMATEUR MEETING IX WELLINGTON. Uy Telegrapfi.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The combined sports meeting held by the Wellington Athletic Club and the Port Nicholson Amateur Athletic Club yesterday at tructeiT a large attendance. The 100 yds open handicap was won by W. G. Harding off the o'/jyds mark in ,9 3-ssee. The one mile walk handicap was won by D. Cashman oil" the 23yds mark. H. I\err, the scratch man, finished first in 7min 35sec, but was disqualified for (Wellington Colleger won the 100 yds inter-college championship in 10 3-ssec. The three miles walk handicap was won by Kerr from scratch in 21min 37 3-osec, Caslnnan (75yds) being second.
