EMULATING WANGANUI.
A FEILDING MESSAGE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. FeildTng, Thursday. The Chamber of Commerce this morning arranged for a visit of the Hon. J. A. Millar next week. On Monday he will be officially welcomed on arrival, and then taken to the Aorangi Settlement ana shown the fruitgrowing and dairying industries. On Tuesday he will be taken 011 a motor-car trip to the Cheltenham, Kimbolton, Apiti, Kangiwahia, Waituna, and horsebreeding. cattle-raising, dairying, cropping, wool and mutton growing, and timber - getting industries of the district. A public dinner will be held 111 Feilding in the evening. On Wednesday he will make a motor trip through the Sandon and Rongotea districts and be shown the grass-seed, grain-growing, dairying, and wool industries. On his returning to Feilding he will receive a deputation, and will leave by the noon train for Wellington. The Minister will thus) get a complete view of the most closely-settled district in New Zealand;
