THE CADET ENCAMPMENT.
ELTHAM SATISFIED. By Telegraph.—Press' Association. Eltham, Thursday. Officers and members of the Eltham Cadets express the highest satisfaction with the arrangements at the recent camp, and have 110 complaints to make regarding the management. The opinion is' expressed locally that if any cadets were not treated properly it was not due to departmental inefficiency or mismanagement.
