GERMAN TARIFF WEAPONS.
MINISTERIAL UTTERANCE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Berlin, February' 24. Commenting on the commercial relations of Germany with Canada, he added that German goods were still differentiated as-compared with those of Britain in some British colonies and France, but this preference amounted on a majority of articles to only 2% per cent.
