VEXATIOUS DELAYS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received February 25, 11.30 p.m. Melbourne, February 25.' Owing to further delay in the despatch of the Wakefield in search of the Waratah, through the naval officer aboard requiring more definite instructions, a cable was sent to-day instructing the naval officer to carry out the starter and start immediately, and to include Heard and Mac Donald Islands in the search.
