A BOOM IN OIL.
By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyriq-i.it London, February 23. The action of the Admiralty m concluding oil fuel contracts lias' resulted in a small boom in oil shares on the Stock Exchange. It is expected that American and other navies will follow Britain's lead.
