The revenue of the Congo continues mainly to be derived from forced labor. Mr. E. D. Morel, lion, secretary of the Congo Reform Association, states that the late King Leopold transferred to other institutions two millions sterling, which properly belongs to the Congo. If the money is recovered King Albert is willing to devote it to remedying evils.
