Idward Lucky was sentenced to four years' and George Hasell and John Wiltshire each to three months' imprisonment for raiding the premises of Saque and Lawrence, jewellers, in the Strand, and stealing £I2OO worth of jewels. Reginald M'Keuna's contradiction of Lord Charles Bedford. It says it is common knowledge that the Invincible was unable to fire her guns owing to defects in the electrical 'gear. She was rushed into commission in order to impress the visitors to the Press Conference at the review. Possibly the defects' have been remedied since Lord Beresford spoke.
