Lord Roscbery, Lord Roths'child, and the other executors of Miss Lucy Coben's will, and Mr. Lucas, executor of Miss Anna Cohen's will, sued Frank Bradley, formerly in the Cohen's employ as butler and afterwards their confidential agent, to recover £OO.OOO. Defendant pleaded that the money was a gift.
