CARTERTON BURGLARIES

TWO MEN ARRESTED.

By Cable Press Association.—Copyright Carterton, Thursday. Burglars last night broke into Vive office of Mr. T. J. Rathbone's timber yard arid fruitlessly examined a safe, -which was not opened. The intruders decamped with seven shillings in stamps. There is no clue so far. The police have the matter in hand. This is the second burglary that has occurred here during the past week. Carterton, Later. Two men have boon arrested at Mas>terton In connection with the robbery at Mr. Rathbone's timber yard at Carterton. They had skeleton keys 3n their possession.
