Hamilton, Thursday
A gun and* a spent cartridge have been found hidden in a hedge adjacent to the snot where the bankers were fired upon at Mystery Crock. There seems little doubt that the attack' was premeditated. A lad named John Winton Paull was arrested this morning in connection .with the affair. It is alleged that he was seen on horse-back in the vicinity and that the gun found is said to correspond with the one that was previously in his possession.
