Hastings, of the Dominion Scout's, have been placed under arrest. About 1 a.iii. <>n Sunday a heated aocrcation occurred, tile consequence, it is alleged, of personal t'coiinir. Dalrymple. lieiievinjj lint attempts were being made to undermine his influence with, the men. This was followed by a scuffle in which blows were exchanged. A court-martial has been s.r„ up tfl investigate the matter. A CHARGE OF DRUNKENNESS. Wellington. Last Night, In connection with the trouble at the Dominion Scouts* camp it is stated that a charge of drunkenness will be alleged at the enquiry. An unauthorised canteen was it is said, a feature of tile first few days of tiie camp, but after the trouble it was closed by those in charge.
