Passing Darlinglmrst Gaol, a posse of police captured the flag and scattered the procession and arrested six leaders, namely, Feldhausen, Anderson, Considinc, Riley, Hansen and Morris, on charges of behaving in an offensive man ner in the public fctreets. The Miners' Delegate Board decided to recommend the miners 1 lodges to immediately take a ballot as to w(ieth»r they should be represented on the Wagos Board. The proceedings were lively.
