The whole of tke gate receipts of the various matches would i:e pooled, after the payment of such reasonable expenses as the New Zealand Association may sanction, and divided pro rata among the various subscribing associations in ■proportion to the amount ,of theii- guarantees and the gate receipts of their matches. There is every reason to believe that the team, if it should visit New Zealand, will be thoi*oughly representative." , The following proposed list of mafches with respective guarantees is attached:— Auckland, at Auckland (Saturday) £IOO guarantee; Taranaki and Wanganui, at Wanganui (Wednesday) £SO each; Manawatu, .Hawke's- Bay «nd Horowhenua, at Palmerston North (Wednesday), Manawatu and Hawke's Bay £SO each, Horowhenua £25; Wellington, ""at Wellington (Saturday) £100; Canterbury, at Christchurch (Saturday) £100; Otago, at Dunedin (Saturday) £100; Southland, at Invercargill (Wednesday) £SO.
