. AUCKLAND. By Telegraph.—Press' Association. Aucklandj Last Niglit. Auckland Customs returns for January were £54,193, compared with l £51)584 last year. The butter exports total 14,044 cwts., compared with 11,385 cwts. last January. Wool exports increased from 1,354,822 lbs last January to 2,305,055. All other exports show an increase in value, except timber and Kauri gum, and the latter increased in quantity but realised lower prices. - ■ ■ » INVERCARGILL. ' Invercargill, Last Night. The total amount of revenue collected by the Customs here for January (inclusive of £173 3s 4d surtax) wa3 i £8162 Is/ 2d, an increase of £2274 over January of last year. The amount of the beer duty collected during the month represents an increase of 2372 gallons in consumption of locally-madc beer.
