Oliver, a resident of Kingsland, who J S- alleged to have been drinking lately, is stated to have called his wife into her bedroom and fired two shots at her, the bullet going through one of her hands. Mrs. Oliver and her son rushed Oliver, and wrested the revolver from him. Oliver then cut his- throat with a razor. He was taEen to the hospital. His injuries are considered sorious, but he is expected to recover.
