The need fcr the hospital was imperative, and he would he partner to no further delave Dr. Frougley (representing the riovernment Health Department) said Ihe whole proceedings had been according lo statute. Wellington's proportion of the cost represented the city's population in proportion to the whole district and for a period of three Years the cites proportion of eases was greater thin according to population. The Department was convinced of the necessity fo, a new hospital.
