After two days' sitting, the Supreme Court concluded the hearing of a case to-day Brought by Mrs Burden aga'nst the Crown, claiming £ISOO compensation for the death of her husband, who died on April 1 while cleaning out a gas-holder at the Dnnedin railway station. After retirement of 50 minutes, the jury returned a verdict for £llOO.
