PEOPLE'S DAY.
by Telegraph.-Press Association. ' Duncdin, Last Night. , the Otago A. and P. Show concluded ■ to-day m idcar weather. The attendance is believed to b e a record, and the takings at the gates total somethinover £SOO for the two lays, which is £75 better than last year. The Otago show has always been notable fo r its display of horses, and this year the entries show an increase on those of last year of nearly one .hundred.' The quality in som e respects was exceptionally good, ilic ring of two-year-old colts in Oic draught breeding section .won the admiring comments of breeders, while the hrcc-ycar-old filly class was considered to be the finest of the show.
