AUCKLAND CAB ROBBERY.
A NEW COMPLEXION,
By Telegraph.—Press Association. , Auckland, Monday. The police so far are unable to find the bogus cabman who is alleged to have assaulted and robbed a woman on Friday night. (Police enquiries put a different complexion on the woman's story. She was apparently robbed, as at first reported, and left on the side of a road at Onehunga, but she was not wealthy, she had no money to speak of with her, and she had do jewellery ex* cept a wedding ring. The woman was not badly assaulted, though she had a few marks on her face.
