11.0 annual meeting of the above dub lißia last night, at which u ,ere was a good number of nwrnbrra present. Mr. ~,V er,la in was elected to the chain , * hon; secretary, llr. E. Avery, read his annual report, and referred brielly to a very successful season, at the same tune expressing regret for the very painful accident sustained by Mr. Frank Robertson and the sad death of Mr. \ Baily. The balance-sheet was then rea'dj and although showing a small credit balance, was considered iiighly satisfactory, taking account of the heavy expenditure. Several new members were then elected, and the meeting afterwardsproceeded with the election of tiie following officers for the coming season: President, Mr. G. 0. Bailey; vicepresidents, Messrs. G. Grey, Saxton, K Cock, Tribe, McKean, aiiu juuiill; auditor, Mr. W. H. Saxton; lion, secretary, Mr. E. Avery; hon. treasurer, Mr. W. H. Pcrham,- delegates to the association, Messrs. Perharn and Soutiiall to represent the senior team, and Mr. F. Tribe the junior team; committee, L . captain, club captam, secretary, and Messrs. Frank Robertson, Southall, Cooper, Jordan, and W. McEwen; senior , selection committee, Messrs. Benbow, Frank Robertson and Pcrham; club cap- , tain, Mr. W. H. Perham. It was resolved that the club had sufficient memlership to warrant the nomination ut ; one senior and two junior teams for the • competition; also, that the annual sub- J scription be CI for seniors and lis for i juniors, and that a penalty of 5s for j seniors «7id 2s Cd for juniors be imposed if subscriptions' are not paid by November 30tli. Hearty votes of thanks -were accorded to tlie chairman, Mr. Saxton for tlie use of his paddock, and Mr. Stockcr for the use of his office.
