KEIR HARDIE ON THE PREMIER'S SPEECH.
Received 20, 11.40 p.m. September 20. Mr.. Keir Hardie, speaking at Biimin»ham, declared that Mr. Asquith's speech was the kind a lawyer made in defence of a criminal. It was difficult'to imagine anything less calculated to arouse tnthusiasm.
