AGIUCIU'UKE, COMMERCE. AND TOUKISTS. The reorganisation scheme of the De partnient of Agriculture, Commerce, am. fourists, under the Government's new proposals, has now been completed, am. will take effect at once. All the exist ing divisions of the' Department of Agriculture are abolished, and the new dc partnient is to be divided as follows: The Head Office. Live Stock and -Meat Division. Orchards, Gardens, and Apiaries Divi sion.

Dairy Produce Division. Commerce and Tourists Division,

District agencies arc to he cstablishci at Auckland, Xapier, Wanganui, W'el lington, Christchurch, Duncdin, and In vercargill.

The whole of the work, and all tl: officers of the department are to I under the control of the Secretary i Agriculture and Tourists.
