THE LABOR MARKET. 2 ' Christchurch, Last Night. Mr. W. H. Hagger, officer in charge of the local bureau of the Labor Department, states that the lahor market is 5b aiquiescent oondftiibn. There a<ne very few indications of unemployment, while at the same time there are very few demands for workers reaching the office. Mr. Hagger is of opinion that many of the men who were unemployed in Juj were simply unable. owing to weather conditions to follow their usual aivocationa. WRh the advent of spring, they lave gone back *to their former employment.
