Mr, Hwang, Chinese Consul, is not enamored with New Zealand's method* of fostering trade with foreigners, cs pccially with the Far East. He considers there are many things which New Zealand could supply in large quantities to China; but the only trade done with t!u\t country is by a few Chinese inev:b:ints.
