A BIG CLAIM.
CONTRACTORS AND OTAC-0 DOCK TRUST. By Telegraph Press Association. Dunedin, September 2. Messrs. Scott Bros., of fhriHtfliurt-ti, contractors for the dock, arc claiming from the (Hugo Dock Trust £30,000 on account of construction. ■ The Trust forwarded n cheque for £3331 to the. contractors in fall settlement of tae contract account, the sum mentioned being the balance due after deducting a very considerable amount for penalties (or tltc non-co'iiplction of the dock contract to date. The cheque lias not been lifted by the contractors.
