DOMINION PICTURES. The Dominion Picture Syndicate having purchased the Tayl'or-Carrington Klectnc and Biograph plant, he" to announce that they win open a two nights season at the Theatre Royal commencing on Friday, the 3rd September. Arrangements have hcen entered into with the Spencer Theatrcseone Company, Sydney, for a weekly supply ot the latest pictorial novelties, which arrive nut to Mr. Charles Spencer's fecial order from Home and Co-itinen-tal manufacturers. It will he the aim of the ■management to cater for a family entertainment at prices within the reach of all (viz 2s and Is), and thev hope with a judicious selection of new and up-to-date pictorial s-nhjeicts ;|.o make the Dominion pictures ' the rendezvous of the picture-loving public. If is the intention of the management to return to New Plymouth at short intervals giving each visit, an entire change of .programme, not repeating any one subject. The box plan is nowopen at Colliers, and we would advise intending patrons to book their seats at once to save disappointment. There will be u. matinee, on Saturday at ■> o'clock, when children will be admitted to all parts for sixpence.
