Thome, a l-abormem-ber, that at the instance of the lnd an Government the entry into India of the Socialist newspaper Justice had been prohibited owing to its inflammatory and mischievous articles directed against British rule. Mr. Tliorne inquired why Justice nad been singled out, because similar articles appeared in other papers. The Maste'T of Elilmnk asked Mr. Thome to name them. Mr. Thome replied: Surely the honorable member does not think me so foolish. (Laughter.)
