New York, August 2fl. Mr. .Tames .T. llill, president of the Great Northern Railway in Canada, speaking at a luncheon, said tliat by 11)15 tlie United States would cease to lie a grain exporter. TRADE REVIVAL. London, August 20. The Times' New York correspondent reports a general trade revival in the United States. The postal receipts show that business has improved in every part of the country.
