LADIES' TOURNAMENT. ANOTHER TARANAKI WIN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Saturday Night. The New Zealand ladies' hockey tournament was continued at Hastings today in the presence of a large number of spectators. The following are t'.ie | results:—Auckland beat Wuirarupa U by 3 goals to nil; Taranaki beat llawke's Bay by 3 goals to nil; Nelson beat Wellington by 3 goals to 1; Hawke's Bay A beat Wairarapa B by 3 goals to nil; Horowhcnua beat Wanganui by 3 I goals to nil.
AUCKLAND DEFEATS OTAGO. Dunedin, Saturday Night. The hockey match, Auckland v. Otngo, was played here to-day, resulting in a win for the former by four goals to three.
