SUPPLIES FOR INDIAN lUUL TRIBESMEN. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received 1(1, 10.20 p.m. Calcutta, August 10. Advices from Simla state that forty breechloaders and 200 cartridges were captured near Mowshera while being smuggled into the Swat Valley from Afghanistan via the Kohat Pass. There in every indication that abundant supplies are being forwarded across the frontier owing to the gun running i.t Muscat, in the Persia Gulf.
